Hi I’m Helen Lyon
I’m an experienced counsellor offering online, in-person, and outdoor therapy for adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or not good enough. You might seem fine on the outside but inside, you’re exhausted from holding it all together.
Counselling with me is a chance to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself in a space that’s calm, honest and supportive. I’ll meet you with warmth and compassion, and together we’ll explore what’s going on at a pace that feels right for you.

A Reset Session - £60 - A focused one-off 60 minute counselling session for a specific issue.
Sessions can be weekly or fortnightly, or maybe something a little more flexible to suit your working patterns.
