I have over 7 years experience working with people who have struggled with anxiety, overwhelm and that feeling of not being good enough. My approach is honest and down to earth, I’ll listen and help you make sense of what’s going on so you can start trusting yourself and building confidence again.

Weekly/Fortnightly Online Counselling (50 mins) – £50 per session
Ongoing counselling provides consistent support to explore patterns, challenges, and emotions at a deeper level. Together, we’ll work at your pace to create lasting change.
